i was really impressed! the reception staff was so friendly and helpful. the bar and restaurant team, especially valerica and christel, were amazing. they ensured our needs were met and that we were well taken care of.

the christmas party night seemed quite disappointing. drinks were served in plastic cups, unexpected considering the price paid. also, the service was a bit slow, and there seemed to be a lack of organization.

The executive double room had such a beautiful design. i found the bed comfortable and the pillows so soft. i really appreciated the ample toiletries provided. These added to my sense of luxury and comfort.

the corridor noise was noticeable at times, and i could hear other guests walking past.

The toilet leaked constantly, i noticed. shower curtains were too short, water flooded the floor when showering. the room was also noisy. I could hear people talking in their rooms and opening and closing doors.
